Welcome to Ala Beach Resort. By accessing our website or staying at our property, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our services.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-in time: 02:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License) upon arrival. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
2. Booking & Payment
- A valid credit card or advance deposit is required to secure any reservation.
- Full payment for the stay is generally required upon check-in, unless a prepaid rate was selected.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash.
- Taxes are applicable as per government regulations and will be added to the final bill.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night's stay.
- No-Show: Guests who do not arrive will be charged the total cost of the booking.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Resort Rules & Conduct
- Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available within the resort premises.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals (please inform us in advance).
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
- Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests, please maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Ala Beach Resort constitutes no liability for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables. We request guests to use the in-room safes provided. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises, although we take all safety precautions.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa/India.
